A less common bell type is the "Cow" bell, the GWR used five standard shaped bells, Mushroom, Sheep, Cow, Flat top and Church . This instrument is in first class ex sognal box condition and its had a gentle clean, inspection and testing of all 4 coils on an Ohms meter of which they all passed. The case is in beautiful condition and this bell is Nickle plate bell bronze and is supported on a "Cruciform" pedastal. The bell was munufactured and supplied by R.E.Thompson and the small etched brass makers plate is present.
