Here we have a fine example of a Great Western Railway "Copper top" 2 aspect handlamp. This lamp is in ex railway service condition and has its copper burner tank stamped GWR, the bevelled glass has G.W.R. etched on the front. The lamp has a brass plate numbered 12526. A very attractive handlamp and of the less common type being that it has a brass collar instead of steel.
