An ex G.W.R. B.R-W.R. block bell manfactured by R.E.Thompson & Co and fitted with an early pattern ex GWR Church type bell. Better still this instrument was aquired by the previous owner by his father from "Heathfield Signal Box" with is between Teigngrace Signal box and Bovey Chudleigh Signal Box. This bell has been beautifully restored to a high standard, We has tested the coils on an Ohms meter and all correspond to the values on the coils. Always nice to know the origins of an instrument.
