Product Description
A brass worksplate from a North British Locomotive Company Ltd W.D. 2-8-0 works no 25050 of 1943, originally numbered 7179 in 1943 in 1945was nubmered 77179 and 90163 from May 1943. Shedded at Wakefield, Colwick, Warrington Dallam, Belle Vue and Newton Heath until being withdrawn on 29 December 1962 and scrapped at Crewe Locomotive works October 1963. This plate is in 100% ex locomotive condition and has a great patina.
