A Big Thank You to everyone who came along and supported the first Bristol Railwayana Collectors Fair and helped make the event such a great success.
Held at the BAWA Centre in Filton, it was a fantastic day for railway enthusiasts, collectors, and traders. Visitors enjoyed browsing a wide variety of railway memorabilia including models, books, photographs, signs, tickets, badges, and many other collectable items. There was plenty to see for serious collectors as well as those who simply enjoy railway history and nostalgia.
It was wonderful to see such a steady flow of visitors throughout the morning, creating a really friendly atmosphere where people could hunt for new additions to their collections and catch up with fellow enthusiasts.
It was also lovely to hold the event indoors at the BAWA Centre, providing a comfortable venue where everyone could browse, chat, and enjoy the day regardless of the weather.
Our catering team kept everyone well supplied with hot bacon and sausage butties, tea, coffee, soft drinks, and cakes, which were very popular with visitors and traders alike.
A special thank you to all the traders who travelled from across the UK to support the event, and also to Junction Railwayana, who kindly sponsored the event and supported the day.
Following the success of this first fair, we’re pleased to confirm that the next Bristol Collectors Fair will take place on Saturday 13th June 2026. We’re already planning for it to be even bigger and better.
