Processing & Delivery Times

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery times are estimated as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 2 to 4 business days

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated individually for each product. Every item has its own shipping rate, which will be displayed at checkout once you’ve added your selection to the cart.

Delivery times are usually 2–4 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Orders that qualify for free shipping will be clearly marked.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or adverse weather conditions.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please notify us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and, where necessary, arrange a replacement or refund.
