Return & Refund Policy

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- A proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
- We do not accept returns for personalized or custom-made items unless they are faulty or damaged.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at admin@junctionrailwayana.com.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Items purchased on clearance or sale (unless faulty)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund as necessary.
