A G.W.R.pattern block bell manufactured by R.E.Thompson & Co who were one of the large instrument contractors to the G.W.R. and later BR.WR. This bell was manufactured at Thompson`s teddington" works between 1945 to 1955. This instrument carries an Mushroom shape bell supported on a brass crucify pedestal and is in excellent ex railway service condition. This instrument has been inspected and bell and line coils tested.
