A rare example of a Midland Railway tapper block bell fitted with additional "line relay" coils, nearly all M.R. block bells are fitted with 2 large coils and this instrument is fitted with 2 line coils and 2 bells coils. Complete with is Traffolite plate "FAST LINRS ST ALBANS NTH" . The bell dome has a fantastic sound identical the the bell in Mr Perks office! Tested in full working order.
