This useful sized copper container was recovered from the stores at Barrow Road locomotive sheds in Bristol on the sheds closure along with several other cans and tools. This can has bashes and dents to its side but is still watertight! The can is a 1/4 gallon and measures 8 inches tall and 4 1/4" diameter, I have never seen this type of can before and with its many years of polish its a great decorative item.
