A very nice example of a London Midland & Scottish Railway engineman's inspection handlamp, This lamp has its oval brass L.M.S.R. MAKERS WOLVERTON plate present, the front of the lamp is clearly stamped L.M.S.R. and the reservoir tank is embossed L.M.S. The patina of this lamp is totally ex railway service condition.
