A Great Western Railway hand engraved shelf plate " ABERCARN LOOP RUNNING LOOPS", this plate would have been in the box on opening and would have been fixed beneath the block bell for Abercarn Loop box and came from Abercarn Colliery Junction Signal Box and measures 4 3/4" X 1 1/2".
