RA 8365 BR(M) BAKELITE COMBINED ARM & SLOT REPEATER

A  BR(M) Bakelite combined Arm & Slot repeater which is used where the Distant signal of the box in advance has its arm mounted beneath the Starting signal of the box in rear. This signal must have a mechanical slotting arrangement to prevent the Distant arm being cleared while the stop arm is at danger , this is to prevent the signal being accidentally being passed at danger and  in good condition and in tested working order.
