A Great Northern Railway single deck block indicator , these instruments were used in small crossing cabins and indicated to the crossing keep which direction an approaching train was coming from so the correct protecting signal could be cleared. This instrument has been lightly cleaned and checked over, coils tested and in full working order. The case French Polished finish is in excellent condition.
