We have seen many copies of the Severn Tunnel special instructions which are all paper, this unique example is hard bound with note papers for each page. Found in a box of documents recovered from Swindon Works in a skip during closure! Better than that it was owned by the locomotive Engineer of the Great Western Engineer Mr C.B.Collett and signed by him personally and dated 16/5/1930. This special publication is in mint condition. This is a one off oportuinity to own something belonging to this important person.
