Product Description
A later pattern of a G.W.R. wood cased lamp in-out repeater, this instrument gave an indication to the signal that an oil lamp was lit at the signal. In the top of the signal lamp case was a Pyrometer which had a bi-metallic switch, when lit the switch expanded, if the lamp went out the switch would cool breaking the circuit. The indicator flag would show lamp out and a bell would ring. This example is much rare as it repeated 2 signal lamps hence LAMPS on the flag. This instrument is complete with its makers plate and in tested working order.
