Shipping Information please?

Please note that shipping costs are calculated for UK mainland only.

For any other area please confirm shipping cost with us first.

We use DPD as a courier, as well as Royal Mail.

 

Do you buy entire collections?

We always welcome the opportunity to view any large collection of railwayana or vintage toys and are willing to give an on the spot valuation. Subject to the size of your collection in most cases we are able to make immediate payment .

Are you able to carry out restoration work on railwayana items?

In our specially equipped workshop we can undertake all aspects of railwayana artifacts/restoration.  We practice many traditional skills from fine wood work, french polishing, brass restoration and polishing, silver soldering and all metal machining.  

Are you able to source special request items?

We can source most items subject to availability, we attend numerous specialist auctions and trade fairs for new stock.  We keep a list of customers special requests and when such items become available we will contact you.

Do you buy items at toy and collectors fairs or railwayana fairs?

We are always pleased to consider the purchase or part exchange of any items of railwayana, die cast, model railways or vintage toys and collectables. We will offer a fair trade price based on current market valuations. Condition does impact on it's value, subject to agreement we are able to make on the spot purchases.

Do you give valuations on items of railwayana, model railways and die cast toys?

We are able to give valuations on most items subject to viewing or by high resolution images via Email. We do not charge for small collections however you would need to bring items to our premises or arrange to visit us at one of the many fairs we attend across the country.

Do you service or repair model railway locomotives?

We are able to repair most makes of model railway locomotives subject to spares availability in our well equipped fitted workshop.  Prior to repairs or servicing we will contact you either by Email or Telephone regarding costs. All our work is guaranteed.  Packing and postage will be charged at cost.
