A Great Central Railway pegging block indicator in totally un-restored ex railway service condition, this example is quite rare having been modified in the companies signal department by having rear contacts assembley fitted. This was to allow for all the extra signal safety devices to be added ie locking section signal from being cleared without without a line clear showing on the block. Instrument in tested working order and great patina.
