A very nice alloy single line key DOVERY JCT-ABERDOVEY from the former Cambrian lines, Dovery Junction was a important junction which had a station and three converging single lines in three counties! The station is in Powys, about 440 yards (400 m) NE of the junction of three Counties: the current principal areas of Ceredigion, Powys and Gwynedd, corresponding to the traditional counties of Cardiganshire, Montgomeryshire and Merionethshire. This key is a first generation example meaning it has not been re-engraved from another section.
