Very seldom does any signalling items come up for sale from the Hereford and particulary brass shelf plates! Here we have this splendid machine engraved example "HEREFORD BARTON" which would have been mounted beneath the block bell, this plate originated from Redhill Junction signal box. The measurements are 4 3/4" X 1 1/2".
